According to the decision of Election conference held on April, 17 2003 in Moscow, Grigory Ivanovich Shulik had been unanimously elected for the post of the president of National Russian Motorcycle Federation. By the decision of the Election conference held on April 14th, 2007, Grigory I. Shulik had been unanimously reelected for the post of the president of the National Russian Motorcycle Federation for the second term.
In 1965 G. Shulik graduated from the Ryazan polytechnical school. 1965-1968 - service in the Soviet Army. 1968-1977 - instructor of DOSAAF motorcycle sports department in Ryazan. 1977-1981 - instructor of DOSAAF motorcycle sports department in Moscow. In 1977 graduated from All-Union Polytechnical institute to become a certified auto mechanic engineer In 1981 was certified by State Central Institute of Physical Culture and Sports in Moscow to be trainer-teacher. 1981-1985 - the chairman of Sports club "Podshipnik", Moscow. 1985-1993 - the main trainer of the national teams of USSR and Russia on enduro, trial, snowmobiles, the head of the USSR children motocross committee, Moscow. 1991-1993 - a member of the International motorcycle federation (FIM). 1993-2007 - the general director of Joint-Stock Company "Grima", Moscow. 2003 - the president of the All-Russian NGO "National Russian Motorcycle Federation", Moscow. 2005 - the honorary member of the International Snowmobile Hall of Fame (ISHOF). 2005 - the motorcycle school named after him was opened in Ryazan city. 2007 - the senior teacher at the department of Theory and Technique of Applied Kinds of Sports and Extreme Activity of the Russian State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, Moscow. - speaks English fluently. G.I.Shulik is married, he has three daughters
